Northern California Multicultural Counseling Organization, NCMC, is a non-profit organization created to provide effective and affordable bilingual counseling services to Sacramento and nearby communities. Is our mission to serve minorities who struggle with life's difficulties and support their healing process in problems with Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Sexual Abuse and other stressors experiencing in the daily life. We offer therapy for couples, individuals, adolescents and children.

Our fees are based on a sliding fee scale and sessions are offered in a safety and serene environment.

Denial is a potent defense. It basically keeps us from seek therapy, but if you are able to look the nature of our difficulties and reflect on what is around you, you will understand, and follow a plan to relief the emotional pain, you will recognize that there is help and you are a one phone call away to get it.
